There is a shrine in the city along the national highway, where you turn right at the traffic light immediately to Kappabuchi and Denshoen. There is a parking lot and if you dive down the torii gate, you will find a plaza beyond the cedar grove. This place was a place to perform a streaming horse in the Spring Festival.
