It's next to the Toyako Summit Memorial Hall.
Original Text
Cultural center of Toyako Town. It is next to the building where the Toyako Summit Memorial Hall is located. A hall used when events are held in Toyako Town. I don't think I'll stop by for sightseeing unless an event is held.
As the name of the building suggests, you can get the culture and tourist information of Lake Toya. Since it was certified as a geopark, there were some tourists when I went on holiday.
When I stayed at Toyako Onsen, I had a little time, so I took a walk, but at that time I stopped by because there was this Toyako Cultural Center. There was nothing to see, and I felt more like a local public hall than a tourist facility.
In the morning, when asked by the staff, "Is it an exhibition as a sightseeing?", He said that there was no exhibition now. Also, I could say that there would be no such thing in the past and in the future, so it seems to be a facility that is used for training in the local and surrounding areas rather than sightseeing. Except for the special exhibition, it will be a waste of valuable sightseeing time to stop by, so it would be better to use the toilet.

there was no special point.
There are many exhibits on the 3rd floor at the Toyako Summit, but the 1 floor was a bus center and there was nothing special after that.
