shuhei Fujisawa, who is famous as a novelist of the times, was from Tsuruoka City.

There was the Fujisawa Shuhei Memorial Hall in Tsuruoka Park. When I turned to the back side of a nice Western-style building built in the Taisho era called Daihokan, I came to the front of the Fujisawa Shuhei Memorial Hall. Shuhei Fujisawa, who is famous as a historical novelist, was from Tsuruoka City. In this memorial hall, there were exhibits of his handwritten manuscripts and materials, favorite items, and spaces that reproduced his study at home in Tokyo.

introducing the history of shuhei fujisawa and the shonai domain.

    Original Text

It is a memorial hall that introduces the writer Shuhei Fujisawa at the ruins of Tsuruoka Castle. Not only his work, but also his study when he lived in Tokyo has been moved here. You can shoot the map of the surrounding area at the entrance, but no other is possible. The history of the Shonai domain is also introduced.
