Uji Bridge

The Uji Bridge, which spans both sides of Ujigawa, is a majestic and beautiful pure Japanese-style bridge, with a length of 153 meters, built in Dahua 2 years (646 AD), and is a long-standing bridge in Japan. At the west end of Ujigawa, stands the "Ujigawa Ji Shrine". Yuji Bridge Ji is the god of the long bridge, ancient Japanese thought that the bridge from the end to the other end of the connection, meaning from the present world to the other world, so, always regarded the bridge as the home of the soul.

Just met the cherry blossoms 🌸 The season will not be cold or hot. Very comfortable weather. The scenery is beautiful. It is very suitable for casual walks from Uji Station. The photos are good.

The city with the characteristics of matcha, the birthplace of the literary "Yuanshi Wuyu", the relics of the ancient battlefield, are full of Japanese history imprints! Eating matcha ice cream and drinking matcha coffee, not bad for every beautiful moment.

宇治桥走一个，连接宇治川两岸的桥梁。宇治桥旁边有块介绍：宇治桥在1300多年前大化二年（646）首次建造，是日本最古老的桥梁。在漫长历史中，遭受洪水、地震等自然灾害，还有经历的战争也不计其数。但是桥梁每次都被重新建造，这说明宇治桥一直是宇治重要的交通场所。

Uji is really a pretty town. Even it’s raining today, but I still enjoyed the trip. You must need to try to matcha ice cream and noodles here if you are a matchaholic. The scenery at the Uji Bridge is unbelievable and I am sure the view will be much better on sunny days.
