Fukagawa Rumoi Road is a high-standard road that connects Fukagawa JCT on the Hokkaido Expressway to Rumoi. There is a Chichibubetsu parking area on the way. National Highway 233, E62 Free section of Fukagawa Rumoi Expressway, parking area between Chichibubetsu IC and Numata IC. You cannot get on and off with general roads, but the parking lot is common to the upper and lower lines, so you can make U-turns. Other than that, only toilets and parking lots are located. On the right side of the toilet building and on the left side of the road to Rumoi, there is a sidewalk leading to "Rose Garden Chippubetsu", which is a little far away but you can walk.
