Location description of the photo area (Burano, Venice):The photo was most likely taken in the central part of Burano, near Via Baldassarre Galuppi and the surrounding canals close to the ferry stop “Burano Vaporetto.” From the main pier, it is just a 3–5 minute walk straight into the island, where the first colorful houses and small bridges appear. Many popular shots are taken either along the main canal near the Lace Museum or in the narrow side streets just behind it, where reflections of brightly painted houses appear on the water.
