My 4 year old grandson was kicked out of the water park for no reason. I asked Park Director Daniel Nguyen why and he said nothing. I asked him- is it because my grandson is black and he smirked. On the way out I was told he was banned for life. Just like you I assumed this must just be a terrible rogue manager so I decided to contact the corporate office. Obviously there is no way for them to make up for such a despicable act but I decided the right thing to do was to give them the opportunity. I contacted Jason Martin the Area Director and Ryan Forson the Managing Director. Neither of them would give me any reason for my grandson to even be kicked out much less a reason for a lifetime ban. They also both confirmed the lifetime ban is still in effect. I have the emails to prove all of this.
