Xibian Village is located in the southeast of Wanning Wancheng Town, on the shore of Wuchang Port, at the foot of Dongshanling Mountain. The village is home to 78 families, with more than 420 people, most of whom are descendants of Wen Tianxiang, cousin of Wen Tianrui, the hero of the Southern Song Dynasty. Because there is a creek through the village, the villagers live along the stream, so they named the village by the stream. Enter the village of the stream, clean, tidy, wide hardened village road, through the bougainvillea promenade, leading to the bougainvillea breeding base, the stream bookstore, Wenchang Pavilion, the stream living room, the stream salon, the stream sheep rail cafe, the stream side street, the old house, the courtesy family, the filial piety family, the reading pavilion, Xibian Elementary School, various leisure and cultural activities venues, Tongda family. The bougainvillea flowers on both sides are blooming purple and red, exuding a fresh and rich fragrance, and countless bees and butterflies are flying and chasing between flowers. The ancient wells and streams, such a beautiful scenery against each other, are like the poem "The stream is full of flowers, and a hundred birds fly with fragrance. There is an egret under it, and the sun is slanting up the stone rock." It makes people feel like they are in a paradise.

Xibian Village is located in Wancheng Town, Wanning City, Hainan Province. The village is mainly economical with bougainvillea planting and sales. After years of development, the bougainvillea planting base area has reached 90 mu, and has become a famous "bougainvillea" industrial village. The village has a local culture of the streamside bookstore, cultural corridor, streamside living room and other tourist facilities, is a popular tourist punching point.

This is a flowering period, just come here! There are a lot of bougainvillea planted in the village to create a tourism project. No tickets are charged, and free parking is available in the open space at the entrance of the village. It takes about 1 hour to tour around.
