We thought the hike around the crater was fantastic! Yes there are many steps but the steps are very easy to do with lots of areas to rest. We are so happy that we took the time to see this!
Crater on the road 1, so very comfortable to see. After a few tracks of stairs you can access the high cone contour.. What you see is not much for Iceland, you can pass long.

An easy walk on a dormant volcano
We thought the hike around the crater was fantastic! Yes there are many steps but the steps are very easy to do with lots of areas to rest. We are so happy that we took the time to see this!
For if you're over time
