I wanted to make a day trip to downtown Wilmington but everywhere you go, you must pay for parking. Lots of homeless and the downtown area is dirty and congested. Not many shops as one would think bas...

Nice City

We enjoyed walking through the city. We had lunch while we were there. There are a lot of shops and restaurants to visit. We also toured the city on E-Bikes. That was fun too.

Great Waterfront Area

Fantastic for walking. Great waterfront vibe. Excellent shopping and dining. We love how much there is to do along the river.

Wilmington’s Savorez and Caprice Bistro, two of the best dinners I have had

Enjoyable stay at Dreamers by DW. Superb dinner and drinks at both Savorez and Caprice Bistro. Highly recommend both. Many coffee shops to choose from near River Walk. Great, short get away.
