Christian Chapel of Dongxin Lane

Christianity is still very old in Xi'an. This chapel is well built, very European classical style, and it is high, but it is almost compared to the stone room Sacred Heart Cathedral in Guangzhou.

The Christian Dongxin Lane Chapel is located at No. 26 Dongxin Lane, Beilin District, Xi'an City, and has a history of more than 100 years. It is one of the earliest years of construction in several important Christian churches in Xi'an. When I approached the church, I first saw a large iron gate dyed green, and the arch was a few golden characters of "Christian Dongxin Lane Chapel", with a red cross erected in the middle. Entering the iron gate, it is the red wall gray tile chapel, its building is more than ten meters span arched wooden roof, aquarium pillar support, a total of seven. The bird's eye view of the roof of the church presents a red cross. On the wall in front of the church, a red cross hung with four bronze words "Imanelli", meaning "God is with us", and in 1996, the German Chancellor Herr Zuck and his wife came to the church.
