Yangjiayuan, one of the ten famous buildings in Gulangyu Island, is a large villa group composed of four old villas. Yangshan Zunfu is the third old villa of Yangjiayuan. In 1913, the family of the "Yang Zhimu" of Nanyang Hardware King and the "Yang Zhimu" family purchased the old house on the Chaoyang Slope on the Penjia Mountain from the English Presbyterian Church and rebuilt it. The third building was completed in 1935 and has a history of more than 80 years.
