Show More ReviewsThe main peak of Wuling Mountain is 2118 meters above sea level, and it's quite cool in the mountains during summer. The mountain ecosystem is excellent, so be sure to bring mosquitoes. The weather can change quickly, so be sure to bring rain gear. To watch the sunrise, you need to arrive at the main peak by 4:30 AM. It takes about 40 minutes to drive from the South Gate to the main peak parking lot, and then another 10 minutes up some steps after parking, so plan your time accordingly.
