At this beach bathing area in Mitane-cho, Akita Prefecture, in the summer, an event will be held where you can enjoy sand art created by craftsmen called sand statues. Every work is a masterpiece, and the night zone is lit up, so it is a must-see when visiting Akita Prefecture in the summer. It is a transparent sea that you can't think of as a beach, and the water quality is one of the best in the prefecture.
