Qiling Pagoda

Qiling Tower, Bai Juyi Liu Yuxi have been on, and there are poems and songs. Today, Qiling Tower is in the Pingshantang Scenic Area, and you can climb the tower overlooking Yangzhou City. As for shooting the tower, it is still the most sensational from the Slender West Hubei Garden in the past.

You can see the Qiling Tower not far from the Slender West Lake. You can take the elevator to the seventh floor to overlook the Slender West Lake. The beautiful scenery is panoramic. Overlooking the Slender West Lake, the Qiling Tower is on the Qiling people, looking at the spring on the Slender West Lake, and the willow tree powder white blue Al body by the Daiwa White Wall Lake.

Built in the Sui Dynasty, because Yangzhou was already quite prosperous in that era. The Emperor of the Sui Dynasty loved Buddhism and ordered a huge investment to build the Qiling Tower to worship Buddha bones. Tang poets Li Bai and Bai Juyi had visited and felt the majesty of the Ling Tower.

The pagoda is Lingcang, climb the four famines. It is recommended to climb the tower.

栖灵塔在大明寺内，据说始建于隋文帝仁寿元年（公元601）。当年白居易和刘禹锡登塔赋诗——白说，“半月腾腾在广陵 ，何楼何塔不同登。共怜筋力尤堪任 ，上到栖灵第九层 ”。刘禹锡回道：“步步相携不觉难，九层云外倚阑干。”而今我也登塔到第九层看看！登塔额外收费，好像还有电梯。据说塔内供奉有佛骨，谓之佛祖即在此处。本焚僧大觉遗灵之言，故称“栖灵塔”。可惜在唐武宗会昌三年（公元843），原塔胜迹已化为焦土。宋代，宋庠于宝元年间（公元1038-公元1040年）任扬州知府，有《登大明寺塔》诗，写到自己带着病足攀登寺塔。可证明，栖灵塔在北宋时期是存在的。或为毁后重建。1980年，鉴真大师塑像回扬“探亲”，有人倡议重建栖灵塔。1988年，大明寺方丈瑞祥法师在该寺东园选址重建栖灵塔并立奠基石。瑞祥法师圆寂后，能修法师主持大明寺工作。于1993年8月27日，开机钻探。如今的栖灵塔即新修之塔，还是挺漂亮的。

栖灵塔位于瘦西湖公园北门外的蜀冈上，是扬州的制高点，也是扬州大明寺的镇寺之塔。大明寺是全国著名寺庙，无数文人骚客登上栖灵塔，留下许多流传千古的悠美诗篇。
