《晓世界》国内环游篇📍新疆赛里木湖景区里有很多高白鲑主题餐车，看招牌和装修似乎是一样的，不知道是否全部是同一个品牌的。这家开在点将台附近，论风景来说不是最好的，因为前面停车场挡住了湖景，不过高峰期客人还是挺多的，不知道是不是因为开的比较早？店家很热情，耐心介绍和推荐菜品。点了几个不同口味尝试，最好吃的是|水浸高白鲑鱼^，接近清蒸的做法，能够比较好的反应原味，鱼肉也比较嫩，人多可以点268元半条，人少的话个吃48元一小份。口味没那么清淡的也可以点|砂锅高白鲑鱼^，下面有蒜和洋葱等配菜。主食的话|XO鱼籽炒饭^还不错，能吃出鱼籽的颗粒感，也不会太油腻；|鱼肉饺^也还过得去，但真心比鲅鱼水饺和黄花鱼水饺一类的差不少；|高白鲑鱼汤面^就很不推荐了，跟图片差距比较大，汤底不是浓厚的奶白色，而是清汤寡水的感觉，最主要的是腥味较重。整体来说作为赛里木湖的特色，还是值得来尝一尝高白鲑的，但也不要报太高期望值，毕竟相似口味的冷水鱼还是挺多的。
