Amazing place great staff!! Would definitely recommend!! I got drinks no food, but i will come back for some of the food.

Absolutely lovely looking bar with TERRIBLE staff. Bar staff are (almost all) rude and patronising. Doormen are on a power trip and kick people out, ban people or not let people back in just for fun it seems! Dont visit chaplins if you like to have a laugh and an actual good night because its like being in detention in the beer garden. I know at least 10 of my pals that will never be returning to chaplins after the treatment we have received there one too many times

WORST STAFF IN BOURNEMOUTH

VERY quirky bar and restaurant - with garden bar.. Staff welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable  (Laura and Erin in particular).  Limited beer (ale) selection but very palatable, smarmy restricted food menu but exceptionally tasty. So much to see and will definitely be returning
