Because I stayed for one night in Strebano, I specially booked a very famous local mushroom restaurant, which is also a 2019 Michelin Bibden restaurant. If it is similar to our itinerary, it is recommended to try this dinner (but summer is mainly meat and vegetables, mushrooms are only partially frozen, because summer is not the season of local fresh mushrooms) friends choose a package with meat and mushrooms, I chose the full mushroom package. 5 dishes are all in accordance with the normal size, and they support two people. Recommended mixed set dishes, the taste is more, the winter set menu of mushrooms is slightly monotonous compared to the normal size.

Nangalarruni

The food was avarage. We took a menu of the day - carbonara (turned out the price of it was like a main course from a &quot;menu&quot;. I was proposed to have a side plate ( a few slices of mushrooms) which turned out was almost the same price as a main course. The prices were not matching those from the menu (beer for example). Even with a 20% less reservation with TheFork we paid a lot more than we should for a very avarage food. Will not come back.

Since I came to Castelbono, of course I have to go to the main store of Fiasconaro. There are two stores face-to-face on the main street of the town. One can buy a variety of desserts. One is similar to a bar. You can choose a different Christmas sweet bread hall on the same day. The breakfast for the two was settled there. I also chose the Italian croissant cornetto. My friend felt a bit hard. I felt that it was crispy. It was super delicious with the dessert cream &amp; jam inside. I bought a pistachio cake before I left, and then I could stuff the two people. One store, which sells desserts, is full of Christmas bread, and it was the week before Xmas that there were endless customers coming to buy it. The other is a variety of other desserts, and the choice is all eyes. In other words, there are sweet breads selling the scene of Jesus&#39; birth day in the store, and the price is also high. It feels like &quot;the person who buys does not eat, the person who eats does not buy&quot;.

因为在斯特尔博诺待了一晚，特别预定了家当地非常有名的菌菇料理专门店，也是2019米其林必比登餐厅。如果和我们差不多行程的话，推荐去试试这家的晚餐 (不过夏日去主要是肉类和蔬菜，菌菇只有小部分冷冻的，因为夏日并不是当地新鲜菇类的季节)朋友选择了混合有肉类和菌菇的套餐，我选择了全菌菇套餐。5道菜都是按照正常大小来的，撑死两人了。推荐混合的套菜，口味比较多，菌菇类的冬日套餐相比稍显单调。

The staff at this restaurant were so kind!  We got caught in a rainstorm and had to shelter in place, we called to tell them we would be late, and they said not to worry.  The food was excellent, especially the mushroom dishes, every member of our group of 10 was pleased with their meal!  Additionally, the staff was very pleasant accommodating.  We definitely want to return on our next trip to Sicily!

We ate here in 2015 and it is still just as good, if not even better.  The food is delicious and beautifully presented, the wine was great and they accommodated our request for a quieter table.  Highly recommended.
