位于万达广场四层，店面比较大，招牌很显眼，很好找。店内大桌，小桌都有，位置还算多，但是节假日人不少，需要等位。这家的麻酱超级入味，不稀不稠，很中等。每次去都会点羔羊肉，肉质不错，涮着吃超级鲜美，下次去了还会点。

常德万达四楼德庄，地理位置十分合适，也很显眼，正想不晓得吃什么，就见到了，不得不说是被德庄的门头的花吸引了眼球，比较年轻化，也很有水准，还好我知道德庄是火锅店，不然真以为是西餐厅，不过四楼每个店门口都有一个喇叭好像有点太吵了。我被带到了一张靠墙的台子，给我服务的是一个小妹妹，很热心，工衣很好看，有点意思像空姐，从装潢到服饰就明白这个老板娘是年轻人有挑战，胆大。。。锅底，点了一个鸳鸯锅，有食欲，但是有些麻，辣度还可以，不一会儿就坐满了，或许是太忙了，之后加的2个菜上的有些慢，但是看到服务员忙的团团转也就没有催，也能理解，锅底还送了一个肉片，黑黑的，不知道是什么，服务生告诉我们是放在汤里边的，说是汤会好喝一些，（其它德庄好像没有）中间汤朋友喜欢喝，一下就喝了2碗，菌味浓，我总感觉后面加的汤没有第一次好喝，莫非是送的那个肉片的问题。。。菜品，吃德庄必须要吃毛肚，不愧是招牌菜，服务生告诉我们只要烫15秒就可以了，试了一下，的确很不错，之后又加了一份，可是就是有点大块，一口吃下去不能说话，还是比较舒服的，服务员介绍了手工虾滑和羊肉，说是点击最多的菜，我就点了一份，虾滑很漂亮，都不舍得吃，就是分量有些少，吃起来有弹力，里面还有虾仁，可口的东西都嫌少，服务生告诉我们说是羊肉是正宗的内蒙羊肉，肯定要涮不辣的吃，然后配了麻酱，嘿，还真不错，第一次羊肉这么吃，可是真鲜美，值得推荐吃羊肉的朋友一定要尝试。。。。吃到一半服务人员还有小舞蹈，这个火锅店也真有点意思，一直有惊喜，舞蹈跳的还可以，很整齐，也是挺能折腾的，男部长跳的很不错，为他点赞，就是希望音响能小一点就好了。。。服务，刚开始还行，有装手机的袋子，还有橡皮筋，不过人多了就忙不过来了，只看到服务员跑过来跑过去，生意也太好了，理解他们的辛苦，只是希望服务还是要加强一下，看出他们这么辛苦还是给个5星好评鼓励一下。。。结账还送了代金券，下次再约上家人一起来，不过四楼德庄生意算是很好的，其余都一般，她们家在排队，下次再来。
