Morning coffee tastes better when enjoyed with your loved ones. And even better when served on the top of the rooftop in Morocco.

I can’t even put into words how much I loved the three days I spent in this little town in the Sahara Desert. Merzouga is situated near the Algerian border, and is the perfect base from which to experience the culture and beautiful landscapes of the Sahara. You’ll find a massive expanse of sand dunes here, making you feel like you’re worlds away from civilization. But in fact, Merzouga is fairly easy to access, and has plenty of accommodations to make it an easy add to your Morocco itinerary. Stay at least two nights in a luxury desert camp to get the full experience and to give yourself enough time to unwind. Don’t miss ATV riding around the dunes, a musical performance from the local Berbers, and dinner under the stars. #awesomepic

The moment you arrive at the Sahara Desert in a geography book, education forms a closed loop!

This desert is one of my favorite places on earth, it’s such a surreal experience to look all around you and see these beautiful sand dunes 🤤 I’ve been here before but sharing it wih @candela.mont was definitely special.
