This is a superb traditional Portuguese restaurant.  The surroundings are quaint. The staff are absolutely brilliant. Very friendly, happy to explain the menu and eager to make your evening a good experience.  The food is reasonably priced and the meat is tender, juicy and beautifully cooked to order. I would be very happy to go back and very happy to recommend this restaurant.

Been coming to this restaurant now for about 15 years and never fails to deliver. The food is amazing and the service is always great. Really good value for steak compared to many other steak restaurants in QDL

As a family, we&#39;ve been visiting Mr Freddie&#39;s when we&#39;re in the Algarve for about 12 years and it&#39;s an experience not to be missed.The staff are incredibly attentive and can&#39;t do enough for you.The food is divine and the steaks are a speciality that is amazing.There are many beautiful restaurants in the Algarve, but none quite compare to our meals at Mr Freddie&#39;s. Food and service perfect. Unfortunately couldn&#39;t avail myself of a full meal due to other issues, but my choice of a starter was accepted without a quibble.

This is a really nice restaurant with a good menu. The flaming chorizo needed a bit more oil to get it hot and cook out some of the fat but the bread with it was delicious. We all had the beef skewers for main which were great. The puddings were amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful.

the staff were super friendly and the food was delicious. it&#39;s good value for Portugal too. the chorizo starter was fantastic and generous. the combo and fries were delicious especially the chicken. there was a good atmosphere with music playing. they gave us a lemoncillo free at the end and everyone got a complimentary soup at the start. definitely one to go to if you like good food and tasty fries.
