I was curiosity to know this new emerging reality and I was not disappointed. It is a taste, of course, of cooking only one of the first of the tradition, but there is no culinary experience but to appreciate and support the life and professional path of the Nenci Family, whose Paul is a dignified and innovative inheritor. His care for the client, attention, enthusiasm and professionalism are undisputable and disarmant. The reality must grow and increase its offer but starts with certainty: the quality of the products (oil, wine, honey ...), then compliments and ... all forward!

An excellent restaurant where many locals eat. The pici pasta and BBQ meat dishes are especially recommended. Along with a wide selection of local wines. And don&#39;t forget to order the Panna Cotta.The service is great. We had an amazing meal!

Not speaking Italian, we relied on the English translation which unfortunately was incorrect so two people didn&#39;t get at all what they thought they ordered. The steak had too much tough sinew in it so big portion was not edible. Service was good.

We are frequent guests at Le Tartare yesterday we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary there  enjoying a gift card from our son and daughter-in-law for lunch. We  were presented with a long stemmed, red rose in  a beautiful arrangement and crisp cold white wine when we arrived. The quality of the food is consistently excellent, and is only surpassed by the warmth of the staff and Maurizio! We have come to feel like family. We will return again again.

The meal was great and the personal service was wonderful.  We were celebrating a birthday and had notified the restaurant with the reservation. They made the evening so delightful by taking the initiative to serve a cake.  It was a sweet surprise for us all. The food was delicious! I had the cod and onion starter and the fresh pasta with artichoke. Both dishes were seasoned perfectly and very tasty. The atmosphere is classy and beautiful. A delightful evening!

Si tratta di una degustazione, &egrave; vero, di cucinato solo un primo della tradizione, ma l&igrave; non si va per una esperienza culinaria ma per apprezzare e sostenere il percorso di vita e professionale della Famiglia Nenci di cui Paolo &egrave; erede degno ed innovatore. La sua cura per il cliente, la attenzione, l&#39;entusiasmo e la professionalit&agrave; sono indiscussi e disarmanti. La realt&agrave; deve crescere ed aumentare la sua offerta ma parte da una certezza: la qualit&agrave; dei prodotti (olio, vino, miele ...), quindi complimenti e ... avanti tutta!

For us 7 from Zurich, London and Singapore, this was unquestionably the most amazing dining experience during our visit to this region. Elegant ambience, outstanding and flawless service, an extraordinary wine list and an exceptionally talented Chef. Every creation was a perfect jewel. They even sent a taxi for us 45 minutes away. Miss this and you will be doing yourself a great disservice.
