We randomly found a small shop on Chawu Street to have lunch. It was already past 2pm when we went there. There were not many customers in the shop, but the small shop was very clean and tidy. We sat at the bar and ordered 2 set meals. The salad tasted great, sweet and sour, and the omelette rice tasted good too, with the rice fried inside. There was also a serving of Hida beef, which tasted good too.

Exquisite and edible meal experience, with the best ingredients in the area, without any decoration. Very focused on soup and preparation.

No.1 of Fine Dining  in Kanazawa

A very elegant Japanese place similar to our teahouses, where you can eat wagashi and various snacks made by the shop itself. The interior is also very elegantly decorated. I think it would be nice to sit down here one afternoon.

In a small shop on the tea house street, I found a lunch casually. When I went there, it was already more than 2 pm. There were not many guests in the store. The small store was very clean and tidy. We sat at the bar and ordered 2 sets. The salad tasted very good, the sour and sweet was very delicious. The taste of the egg-wrapped rice is also good, the rice inside is fried, and there is a missile cow, the taste is not bad.
