Thanks to Mr. He, I came to Linxia for the last two days. There are so many delicious foods here! Lamb skewers, roasted whole lamb, hand-pulled lamb, belly-wrapped meat, baked buns, big plate chicken, roasted pigeon, pepper and sesame chicken, yogurt fig rice dumplings, pilaf, various mixed noodles, yogurt, cold noodles, meatball soup, baked naan... After going to Linxia, I realized that hand-pulled food from other places is really not authentic. Any small shop in Linxia has the best reviews. No wonder I gained 6 pounds! [tears] It's all the weight of happiness!
