Cigalon

On our first visist they had run out of Gluten free Dough, so we called ahead the second time. My partner is Gluten free and we were both impressed with the base. They defeinteily take pride in there dough. All ingredients were very good quality and we were very satified with the taste. Would definitely come back and highly recommend to others.

Went for an early dinner before going to see a show at Sadlers Wells. We were very well looked after by Claudia. We tried the peach gin spritzer for ap&eacute;ro on her recommendation and it was lovely and refreshing. For dinner my friend had fish and chips and I had the sea bream with a glass of Pinot Grigio. The fish was great and the wine went well with it. I tasted a couple of chips, they were very thick cut and a bit dry/floury so not many were consumed (which says a lot as we both love chips!!!) For pudding we had the apple crumble and ice cream - lovely and hot with a nice crunchy cinnamony crumble and vanilla ice cream. All in all it was a nice experience. Glad we were sat in the back area of the pub as the front was very noisy and busy - with the good weather folks were understandably gathered outside to enjoy an after work/Friday drink.

We found this restaurant by accident, and I&rsquo;m so glad we did! The atmosphere and the food was amazing and so classy and tasty. Worth every penny in my eyes. We had the pleasure of having Michael and Allesio as our vaitors and they made our experience absolutely perfect (thank you guys! It was worth eating the lactose, iykyk). I&rsquo;ll recommend this place to my friends and we&rsquo;ll be back! Love Monika from Norway

Our day was planned around a couple at this very quaint old pub. Nice sunny day along Fleet Street, then the heavens opened up and it hailed, so we scarpered up the little alleyway to the side entrance of the pub for shelter. We enjoyed a quick drink in the tiny little bar......the beer was excellant. Such a great experience to be imbibing in a place with so much history. I f you get a chance, pop in for a quiet one or two.
