Beautiful setting on a meticulously designed terrace. Meals are very well presented, truly a feast for the eyes. The gateau de St Jacques was delicious with a flavourful crayfish sauce, and the quenelle of brochet very good. However, the lobster was slightly uncooked, making it too gummy and the risotto needed a bit more salt —an issue that could have been easily fixed if a waiter had been more readily available on the terrace. As for the dessert, it was very generous and the cake aux pralines was a delight, but I would suggest less chantilly next time, to better appreciate the cake’s flavour.The waiter was very courteous, smiling and charming, but not enough present outside to attend the potential extra such as salt, pepper ….
