Zalacain legendary local most valuable restaurant, also considered the most advanced! But I always feel that the consumption is still lower than Michelin! Hahaha! Recommended recommendation! Nice location with a yard and plenty of space. The waiters were terribly slow though... Food was good, even if somewhat expensive.

Very friendly and helpful staff in the restaurant. Both the &quot;croquetas de cangrejo&quot; and &quot;ceviche de corvina&quot; were fresh and delicious.

Beautiful restaurant, very nice decor and the food was tasty. What we really appreciated also was the fantastic music, there was a DJ. It created a great chic atmosphere

Visited Madrid last weekend and decided to celebrate my partner&rsquo;s birthday at Quimbaya restaurant and I was not disappointed. The service and the atmosphere were very nice, the open kitchen and the chefs preparing beautifully presented dishes in front of our eyes is an extra experience what I love at restaurants . The dishes tasted more or less good to us, but I would rate the whole thing very highly, we also got an additional birthday dessert for my partner straight from the chef, which was a very nice surprise. The service was very nice and kept making conversation with us. I highly recommend it. If we ever come back to Madrid, we will definitely visit the restaurant again
