2018年1月31 漠河行的最後一天，司機大哥推薦我們到這家用餐，像是傳統的大灶，裡頭燒的是柴火，這裡稱這種吃法叫做《鐵鍋燉》，我們點的是排骨雞抓鍋，還有些配菜，因此鍋內很多排骨、雞爪、馬鈴薯、粉條、豆腐⋯等，柴火慢燉，等待的時間需要30分鐘左右，等鍋子中的劈劈啪啪的聲音漸漸消失就可以開始吃了，味道真是一級棒、是在漠河這四天吃的最好的一餐了！

转锅炖，铁锅炖，一条街不长，有好几家这样的店，不过家里婆是看起来最大一家。一进店，里边就有好多包间，使用包间没有单独收费，包间不大，中间是很大的灶台桌，上面放着铁锅，下面烧着柈子，屋里有排风，有点儿热。点了排骨锅，单加土豆，冻豆腐，粉条，要炖到汤都干了就可以吃了。因为我们赶时间，提前开盖尝了尝，排骨不烂，汤已经开始咸了，土豆之类的都挺好吃。点20元的套餐凉菜，4盘，拌得水淋淋的，还太咸，最终都没怎么吃，如果不是非常喜欢吃凉菜，不建议点。要了大碗白饭，里面有很多硬锅巴。赠送豆浆，还可以。服务员勤快，态度好。不过对开锅时间的把握标准不一，我们说着急，她说烧15分钟就能吃，我们烧15分钟开盖时，另一个服务员又说排骨端上来的时候并不是熟的，所以不让我们乱动锅盖，得煮半小时以上。要是那么长时间，我们就不吃了，结果等那么久，我们还是匆匆忙忙的吃了不烂的排骨。
