Had a great dinner at Hartsyard with friends. The small restaurant had a good atmosphere and the service was efficient and polite. Staff were happy to recommend dishes and cocktails to match. We had a bit of everything and the highlights were - confit carrot, smoky sweet potato and that fried chicken! Dessert was yum too and the bill didn&#39;t make us cringe.

餐厅的氛围很棒，非常友好也很现代化，我们经常和座位旁的其他客人聊天。餐厅也运营着一些工作室和文化项目。我们点了餐。饭菜很快就端上来了，很可口。唯一的缺点是巧克力和香蕉蛋糕做得有点儿过头。我们可以在餐厅一直聊天，然后根据自己的感觉和评价付款。绝对的值得一来。

The atmosphere of the restaurant is great, very friendly and modern, we often chat with other guests next to the seat. The restaurant also operates some studio and cultural projects. We ordered the meal. The food was served quickly and was delicious. The only downside is that the chocolate and banana cakes are a bit overdone. We can chat all the time in the restaurant and then pay according to our feelings and reviews. Absolutely worth a visit.

It&#39;s always worth a trip to Newtown to eat here. Since living in Australia I have been on multiple occasions and even taken guests with me from abroad. For those of you who don&#39;t know how it works, you pay what you feel. The staff are all wonderful volunteers and the food is delicious. It&#39;s communal dining, the chai is decent (not steaming hot but it&#39;ll do!) and the menu changes often. Call ahead to find out what they have but I&#39;ve never been disappointed.

What an awesome place to get delicious vegan food and pay what you feel. You can also pay it forward too. Get in early as there was a line to get in as we left! Friendly environment and quick service. We will be back!!
