We were on time for our table; we waited probably 15 minutes before anyone came to our table, but the service was warm and gracious and the gentleman eager to please and genuinely interested in our feedback on our meals. We chose to eat simply, just having a main plate, me the mahi mahi special and my friend the bavette/steak. The restaurant was very clean, the bathrooms clean as well, and we spent an enjoyable two hours, choosing to linger over a second glass of wine. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of the meal, which had been clearly all freshly prepared that day. Overall, a very nice experience and I would certainly return. Can't beat the proximity to the Poitiers train station either, which was where I was meeting my companion on his TGV voyage from Bordeaux to Paris.
