This was by far the best restaurant we have eaten at in Sicily. What an amazing story of the three sisters (whom we met) who are the owners, chef, sommelier and also wait staff. The food was Japaneses/Mediterranean fushion which you might be skeptical of but was delivered with unbelievable flavor. The wine paired by the sommelier was stunning. If you are in Siracusa this is a not to be missed hidden gem!!!

What a lovely restaurant. The staff were all excellent, and took a great deal of pride in giving the best service and food. This was shown by the fact that they turned multiple walk-ins away,( when other places would have squeezed a few more in) so not to compromise the experience. We were given complimentary delicious chocolate gelato as the almond one we had requested was not available. The trouble taken to accommodate another table&#39;s particular dietary requirements and preferences was Fantastic!

Attention to detail on each and every dish, the combination of flavours and exquisite presentation of the food proved that the restaurant has a top notch chef at the helm.  The staff are warm and welcoming and it definitely a restaurant that deserves to do well.

The fresh tuna was displayed  with encouragement to choose. Sadly it was over cooked, I like it pink. There is no wine list so it was &ldquo;you will have what you are given, red or white?&rdquo;Ambience is modern, a little clinical perhaps. Service was &ldquo;functional&rdquo;  and impersonal. We did not stay for a dessert.

The staff were eating their own meal when we arrived - typical early Brits, but they were very welcoming anyway! The food and service were great. Would reccommend.

A little bit souless. Food was ok, except special request was ignored, even though we paid for it. Great if you want more modern less local food I guess.

My entire family had an amazing dinner.  The staff were attentive and pleasant.  The restaurant is very comfortable.  The food was incredible.  The pasta dishes were fantastic and the fish dishes were delicious.  Don&rsquo;t miss out.  My family would eat here again in a minute.

Not only was the food delicious, the sisters/owners were charming and gracious. They carefully explained the menu and provided context for the dishes. After almost a week of traditional Sicilian cuisine, their lighter Asian-inspired fare was refreshing and unique! My husband and I both enthusiastically recommend it!

We selected  this restaurant because it has wonderful reviews and we were very happy to find out they are true. Personalized service, beautiful  food, carefully presented, fantastic blend of flavor, worth doing the tasting menu with wine pairing which is very reasonably priced and a fantastic experience! Thank you and Bravo to the 3 sisters!  Will be back!

It&#39;s a great restaurant run by three sisters. The chef trained in Italy and Japan and has infused traditional Sicilian dishes with Japanese influences and flavors. The service was personal and charming, and the wine pairings with local wines were well chosen.  The olive oil comes from their family grove, and they make many of the ceramics they use. Highly recommended.

We were in Ortigia for 5 nights, ate at several restaurants and this was definitely our favorite. The cooking here really stands out from the rest of the places we tried. If it wasn&rsquo;t our last night we would have come back again for more! We had the flank steak and the dumplings. Both delicious. Three talented sisters run this restaurant and with a lot of love for food, wine and their guests. Service was stellar. Thank you to Hotel Lum&eacute; for recommending it. Only a 10 minute walk from our hotel, just across the bridge that joins Syracusa to Ortigia. On your way home stop at Barcollo for a cocktail! You won&rsquo;t be disappointed!

Fabulous! Fabulous! Fabulous! Best experience in Sicily to date. The best tagliatelle I have ever tasted with a pesto that was out of this world. Eleonora gave service that was above and beyond. She even made the effort to bring us a raw caba to show us what went into the bread to make it so exceptional. And then she brought out the chef!

I was disappointed to learn that although I was a first time user of &quot;The Fork&quot;, I was NOT given the first time user discount!! The restaurant owner said that I was not entitled to it!!!
