It was a really amazing lunch. Chef Koji provided us with 4 superb dishes, each with the most beautiful presentation on the plate. I really highly recommend this restaurant. The oysters in the main course are my favorite, and the roast duck is delicious, like John Dory&#39;s fried noodles. Dessert is a bigger chocolate surprise, you really want to try it. The waiters were really attentive and they would clearly introduce the details of each dish in English smoothly. It was a great meal checkup and this great value lunch can afford the Michelin 2 star restaurant.

Edition Koji Shimomura

Roppongi, a French restaurant, has won two Michelin stars for eight consecutive years. Lunch starts at 5,800 (the same dinner costs 9,000 and lacks an appetizer), and reservations can be made a week in advance. Putting these sentences together, rounded up to &quot;a great deal&quot;.

Matsugawa, tabelog used to be the number one restaurant in Japan. Many customers can make an appointment once a year. I was fortunate to meet Japan  Intelligence Jun. I tried twice, July in 18 years and May in 19 years. It was originally about March in 20 years, but because of the epidemic, I couldn&#39;t go to the scene . So the appointment became January 28, 2021. Really  standard standard one year.

Each Japanese chef has a different style. I&#39;ve eaten at several restaurants before, but I personally think this one is delicious and special. The environment is good. The location is large, so you need to make an appointment in advance. Sitting at the bar allows you to watch the chef make sushi, which is a visual enjoyment. The ingredients are very fresh, especially the sea urchin, which is very delicious. The environment of the whole restaurant is very quiet.

The view from the restaurant is simply stunning. There is nothing better than the view outside Tokyo Tower, especially on a clear night. The service was impeccable, the waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive. He even went to the trouble to ask about food allergies and then had the chef modify the menu accordingly. The food was also very good. A word of warning, there is a lot of food, so bring your appetite! I had the main course and dessert from the menu, and it was more than enough food for me. In a high-rise building in Shinjuku area, the scenery is very good. Compared with other high-end restaurants, this location is not so tight and it is easier to locate. The main snowflake beef is really really delicious, the entrance is instant! In addition, during the season we went, there were snow crabs, and we ordered a beef pot and a crab pot set meal. Each portion is not large, but there are many dishes, and the stomach is bulging at the end. However, it is really recommended!

Tokyo is close to Ginza. There is a good restaurant. The location is very good. It is near the subway station. It takes five or six minutes to walk to the subway. The main thing is also my favorite Cantonese cuisine.
