The Manager of the restaurant was very welcoming and lovely. The place is a great setting and the food is amazing too.

Hard Rock Restaurant is a world famous American casual restaurant chain with many chain stores around the world. The Venetian store is located in the Venetian Water City, not far from St. Mark&#39;s Square.

Everything about our visit to the Hard Rock Cafe was great.  The food was amazing - please change the cobb salad back to chicken though - it doesn&rsquo;t work with steak!

Service was excellent and the staff so attentive.   Not a really big place but lovely just the same

My kids play in bands at School of Rock, and I have a gluten allergy, so we visit Hard Rock Cafes when we travel.  This one seemed smaller than Vienna and Munich, with less memorabilia.  They didn&#39;t have a GF menu or GF items marked on the main menu, but I still felt that my GF meal was safe, because they addressed cross-contamination, saying they had a dedicated fryer for french fries, so they&#39;d be OK, but not other fried foods in the shared frier.  Unfortunately, the steak on my salad was tough, and my brownie was hard (but covered in plenty of ice cream!)  It was convenient to eat there after visiting San Marco.  Mid-afternoon on a Monday in June, reservations were not needed.  We sat upstairs, away from any memorabilia, but with a partial view gondolas in the (not Grand) canal.

Lower key and smaller than all of the other Hard Rock Cafe venues we have eaten at across Europe.

Great location, very nice friendly staff, the food was very tasty. The highlight was a music request that was played at the same time as the food was served.
