Zuma位于Fontannaya大街，距离阿穆尔湾不远。这里主打的是超大个头的帝王蟹，以及各种亚洲料理与海鲜。前来这里就餐一般需要至少提前半天电话预约，如果赶在饭点前来基本不可能有空位。而我之所以能在没预约的情况下吃上一顿，那自然是因为错峰了，我从阿穆尔湾溜达一圈照过来的时候已经2点半了，空位很多。Zuma分为上下两层，就餐区非常大，多人位特别多。环境装饰的有一些中式也有一点点日式风格，有绿植有水池，高端大气上档次。菜单分为多种语言，不过并没有中文，于是只好将就一下英文菜单了。这里据说是整个海参崴帝王蟹做的最好性价比最高的一家，帝王蟹2000卢布一公斤，基本上和人民币100块1斤，个大肉厚，非常推荐。不过我只有自己，又不擅长吃螃蟹，这比花销算是省下了。其他食物以日料以及各种海鲜为主，不吃螃蟹的话人均150足够，像我这样相对简单的只需要大约100块。我点了一个味增汤和一个螃蟹炒饭（Crab&nbsp;Chahan）。味增汤中规中矩，螃蟹炒饭则色香味俱佳，直接盛装在一个大大的螃蟹壳里端了上来，货真价实的大块蟹肉大概得有7、8块，鲜咸香嫩，其他配菜也都很下饭，真的是相当好吃，分量也还可以。账单是放在一个精致的木雕盒子内拿上来的，除了账单还有一块口香糖，太讲究了。
