Neolokal is the best restaurant in Turkey that many people recognize, and this time I went to eat with great expectation. For me, I liked two restaurants the most: either traditional authentic or reform and innovation. Neolokal gave me the feeling that I wanted to innovate hard, but I could not break free of traditional thinking, and the overall taste was average. But the companions who ate together that night were very chatty, making up for the regrets of food.

A famous dessert shop with a history of more than 200 years, very sweet (you can order less sugar, but I think less sugar is also sweet), but it is really delicious! ​ So my weight loss plan has to be postponed for a while.

Karakoy Gumruk, this is a very good creative dish that can give high scores of praise. The dishes in this store are basically fine except for the small portion. The taste is also first-class delicious. We ordered a set meal.

Neolokal是许多人公认的土耳其最好的餐厅，这一次我也是满怀期待的去用餐。对我来说，最喜欢两种餐厅：要么传统地道，要么改革创新。而Neolokal给我的感觉是想要努力创新，却始终挣脱不了传统的思维，总体味道也是一般。倒是当晚一起吃饭的同伴们都很聊得来，弥补了美食方面的遗憾。

很艰难的订到了位置，生怕迟到早早就出发了，好在提前了到，已经差不多满人了，我吃了两个小时的10道菜，味道确实值得一赞，但是速度太慢了，有点拉胯，不过还是得承认那是一个美妙的夜晚。这地方值得二刷。

It was very difficult to book the location. I was afraid that I would be late and set off early. Fortunately, I arrived early. It was almost full. I ate 10 dishes for two hours. The taste was really worthy of praise, but the speed was too slow. It was a bit pull, but I still have to admit that it was a wonderful night. This place is worth two brushes.

Beautiful setting in SALT Galata building with a lovely view over part of the city and Golden Horn. Food was fantastic and much care and consideration was taken plating the dishes.

I&#39;m surprised this is not one of the top 10 restaurants in Istanbul. The food is delicious and the presentation is extraordinarily innovative and tasteful. Drinks are out of this world. Who would have thought that Bay leaf ice-cream would be so tasteful? Who would have thought the boring Iskandar kabab could be presented as an painting palette that is not only elegant but light. The set up is a gorgeous Ottoman bank with a marvelous view on the Bosphorous and the Suleymanieh Mosque. We met Sous-Chef Andreas who was very amiable and offered us the free tasting of their unique Bay leaf ice-cream. If you&#39;re in Istanbul and have time, make sure to stop by at Neolokal....

This is a very different experience of Turkish food. It is expertly cooked with interesting ingredients, you would not normally find in a Turkish restaurant. After a week is Istanbul I fought this a refreshing change. We just had the 3 course meal and my partner really enjoyed vegetation main course &quot;Surprise from the garden&quot;. The wine we choose was an interesting Turkish white wine which went well with our food. Not cheap but worth it for a splurge. Good view across the water.
