The Custom Museum was established by the eighth generation of the owner of the Kyoto old-fashioned shop [Wellbore Fa Garment Store] since 1705. The Wellbore and Mr. Bingwei are very interested in the history of customs (folk culture). Since 1950, In 1974, I was a consultant on the history of clothing at various institutions and important festivals. In order to better understand the source language and the Heian era, Inoue and Mr. Bingwei established the Customs Museum on the fifth floor of the Inoue Fa Garment Store.
