Discovered the restaurant on Dec9, 2022 and all of us took the 5-course menu. We extremely pleased by the quality of food, very warm &amp; timely service, the quality of wine by glass. We will return to this restaurant ! Congratulations to the chef &amp; team !

Food was delicious, we asked many different meals and they were all very tasty

Great team! Servers seemed genuinely happy to work at this establishment. The food was good and came in a timely manner. We were seated outside, but when it started raining they accommodated us to move indoors. Lovely evening.

Tasty, very delicious meal. The ambience and the menu selection is a bit dated. But the food was very, very well prepared and the food experience very good, and you have a nice   table with lots of space, friendly staff and river view.  Will definitely consider going again.

A very nice meal. My only &ldquo;complaint&rdquo; would be the quality of the wine that was poured for the tasting menus. The variety was well thought out but they were generally cheap bottles. For the price I would have preferred one nice bottle which would have cost about the same.

Om onze paar dagen in Maastricht echt af te maken zochten we naar een restaurant waar we uitgebreid konden genieten. Al heel gauw kwamen we op Rozemarijn zonder er eerder over te hebben gehoord. Het is een heel fijn, klein restaurant met een glazen wand aan de achterkant. Het is heel knus en heeft een &ldquo;open&rdquo; keuken. Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk en kon goed met ons meedenken. Het menu was lekker, het vegetarische menu vonden wij wat tegenvallen. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding vonden wij niet in balans.

To make our real end in Maastricht, we were looking for a restaurant where we could enjoy it widely, and we were very soon on the Rosemary without having heard of it before. It is a very fine, small restaurant with a glass wall on the back. It is very nice and has a &ldquo;open&rdquo; kitchen. The staff was very friendly and could well remember with us. The menu was good, the vegetarian menu we found some ruptures. We found price/quality ratio not balanced.
