Le 1519 restaurant

Nice restaurant with a very nice view on Chambord castle (luckily we were able to eat outside), due to a misunderstanding our main course arrived late, but with a view on Chambord castle we could not complain, very nice dessert,  and nice French cooking with a modern twist

It&rsquo;s a western restaurant, the food is really great, and it&rsquo;s also a Michelin restaurant, which gives it a one star rating. After entering, it feels really good. It is a strong literary fan. It is very suitable for couples to come. Because the environment is elegant, it is also very elegant to eat inside. I ordered some food inside and the taste was really great.

Excellent and varied food in a modern yet comfortable setting.The food presentation is way above par and the combination of ingredients and tasts is tantalizing.Unfortunately, one of our friendly waiters spoke broken English only and was unable to convey the specialities and ingredients of each course, which diminished the experience somewhat.

Clearly the restaurant had another big event going on and as a result the quality and service we received was very disappointing. We waited 40 minutes before we even received a glass of water.  Once the service started the quality of service was OK but sadly the quality of food was quite average.

Very nice restaurant with a good vibe. The food was very good at a reasonable price. We had the sparkling rose which was excellent. Very good experience and would recommend
