We went there with our family and had a very pleasant stay and the food was delicious. We were aged from 15 to 60 and we all enjoyed the atmosphere. The restaurant could be 30 years old as I was there and I will go again soon. You&#39;ll love going there, with the Guinness World Records for the world&#39;s largest mobile puzzle. Yes, the solution is the same as it was a few years ago. But I&#39;m sorry, I can&#39;t tell you.

Not sure if we we part of a joke we didn&apos;t get or not. Showed up around 5:30 on a Friday night, went in through the alley side door, grumpy girl at the reception told us to "be a penguin" I asked what she meant by that and she responded with "just be a penguin." My girlfriend kind of waddled around on a carpet and the bookshelf opened. (Keep in mind I may be exaggerating some of this, but it is pretty close to what happened.) Showed up at the host station, and was informed that there was a 20 minute to an hour and a half wait. We asked if we could sit a the bar, the front bar was full and she said you can go to the back bar if you want, and said "it&apos;s over there up the stairs and all the way to the back." and went back to looking at her cell phone. One of the waitstaff said, "hey, I am heading that way, let me show you where it is at." I wish I knew her name, she deserves a raise. She snaked us all the way through the restaurant to the bar that is the outward facing bar on the street, she said "Someone will be with you shortly" smiled and walked back into the trenches that is the restaurant. There was another couple sitting at a table back there and we were the only two people sitting at the bar. After five minutes of waiting, no one ever showed up at the bar. At that point we ended up getting up and leaving out the street side door. I question if that was supposed to be some kind of joke played on people who do not have reservations where they sit you away from everyone and never server you, which if it was, good for you, it played out perfectly. If not, then I am not sure what to tell you. I doubt it highly if I will ever go back.

I’ve been to Safehouse many times over the years and it was always a fun experience. After a long hiatus, we went as a fun lunch for the kids. Sadly, our experience was pretty poor. The restaurant was FREEZING inside (could not take off your coat, freezing). We were escorted to our booth, and it immediately smelled like feet. The kids were holding their nose.   We ordered our food (after having to reconsider options because they were out of certain items). The staff was nice but the food was pretty terrible.   While we waited for the food, we went on a spy quest. The items were super easy to find and we blazed through it in less than 10 mins. I noticed how run down the place has become, and some of the rooms also had a pungent smell to them.   We paid the bill and noticed that there was a $3 “entertainment fee” added to the bill. WTH?!?!   Sadly, it’s past its prime. I no longer would recommend a visit.

This place is fantastic! I absolutely loved the interior and vibe. The food was okay, but the unique experience made it worthwhile

While one the run one evening in Milwaukee we needed to re supply and gained entry into the safe house - agent Powers took care of us - quenched our thirst and gave sound advice on a variety of issues we were facing . This agent should be as well known as 007 - safe atmosphere and fun times - ready for the next covert mission 

Great place / Great city 

I finally found the entrance to this place. I just happened to say the correct password, and i was in. Once inside, I could see the agents looking at me, knowing that i could be a spy. I was quickly greeted and seated were i could be watched. Agent Green came over and gave me a menu or was it instructions? I looked over the information that he handed me. It was dark and I could not see all of the little messages that were embedded into the instructions. Agent Green was helpful and gave me some hints. I ordered the Fish and chips as he hinted. The order arrived and the secrets revealed. Tender, flaky, flavorful fish. Fried to a golden crust. My agent could see that I had other questions. He sent me upstairs to find the answers. Once i entered another room, i met Agent Sterling. He was a special agent with much information. We talked and divulged secrets to each other. He was a good guy and now he knows, so am I. I returned to find my table was still there, waiting for my return. I exited with a final payment due. I could not find the exit. I did not ask the correct question. Finally, outside, and all alone. I walked carefully to my car. I entered my car and started my engine. All was good in the world today. No one was hurt. Good luck to the next agents who enter. You will be amazed.
