去南昌旅游，在网上找的网红店，从滕王阁跟着导航一路七弯八拐地走到这个位于居民区里的店，网红店果然不一般，周围有好几家食肆，只有他家每到正餐时段就排成长队，应该是味道不错而且价格也不算贵，性价比高的原因吧。我吃了两次，最长的等了差不多2个小时，这世界上吃货还是多啊。在我自己长期生活的地方，我是绝对不会浪费时间去任何餐厅排队的，但作为游客的心态嘛，就是来了一次可能以后就再也不会来了，浪费这几个小时也不在话下了。如果晚餐时段来吃，最好早一点到，比如5点前就要到，我们排了很久的队只赶上第二轮，不仅等位时间久，连上菜都等了很久。店里大部分是小桌，也有包厢，怎样预定我没有去研究。其实总的来说，我觉得口味是不错，但没到非常好的地步，毕竟也没多少秘制菜，都是常规的江西菜而已。【万寿宫藕片】虽然是小吃的价格，但分量不算少，看来是本店必点菜，的确好吃，推荐，但如果完全不能吃辣的人，建议就别点了。【金牌花甲】倒是挺大一盘，辣度中等，稍微能吃辣的就可以吃，江西菜的辣度和湖南、四川没法比。的确是挺香，但花甲不新鲜，肉有些软糯，而不是新鲜花甲那种带嚼劲的，所以虽然我很爱吃花甲，但这个菜觉得一般。【柘林湖大鱼头】上来就是一大碗鱼汤，不过就是鱼头放在汤里煮熟了而已，鱼肉也还行，但对于擅吃新鲜河鲜海鲜的广东人来说，这个菜作为招牌，还是差了点意思，撑不起来一个店的招牌。【南昌炒粉】粉可能加明矾多有点太脆了，上色是很好，就是略咸，既然盐放得多，应该偏辣，可能才口感平衡，但辣味没跟上，就感到偏咸了。【江西粉蒸肉】还好，不算太腻，对于一个不爱吃粉蒸肉的人来说，可以一试，但没有想象中秘制粉蒸肉的特别味道，而且也并不是我吃过最好的粉蒸肉，好吃的粉蒸肉，肉质才是亮点。【白糖糕】样子好看，吃着也软糯，但口感没有达到卖相给我的预期，吃起来也就是一个普通软糍粑的感觉，没有太大特色。
