旅游去到西藏，这一站来到了尼玛县，这一个县看上去挺新的，车子来到了一家川菜餐馆前面停下了。餐厅的门口不大，进去还是有很多张餐桌的，细细长长呈7字形，我们虽然就只有五个人，但是老板娘也给我们坐进厅房，那里有转盘，夹菜方便一些，加上也不用一大堆人围着，就我们几个嘛。 在这一家餐厅，我们点多了菜，那天大家都想多吃点，所以也就没有限制自己了。我们几个人都同时看上了酸汤肥牛，一碟的分量挺多的，上面一层满满都是肥牛，肥牛很嫩，不会硬，酸辣的程度对于我这个不太能吃辣的人来说，还是可以接受的，肥牛的下面是土豆粉，粗粗的粉滑溜溜，有点像乌冬面，其实不知道是不是同一样东西呢，然后土豆粉也可以吸收一点汤汁，使本来没有味道的土豆粉变美味了，汤汁的辣味也可以中和一下。 还点了手抓羊排，本来报价是要两斤的，我们提出来吃不了这么多，可以一半价格，一半分量吗？老板娘想了一下答应了，其实如果她不答应的话，我们也就不会要，她能多做一点生意当然好呢。羊排斩成很短一块，感觉手抓的，不是应该很长一条吗？不过他们的羊不错，是好羊。老板娘还介绍了韭菜花炒蛋，这一道菜也好吃，也不辣的，适合我们广东人口味。 店里的出品出乎意外地好，由于吃了这么多天的川菜馆，已经没有寄予希望了，但是却是意外地高兴。
