we had a wonderful lunch at chorus! The atmosphere was charming and the staff was warm and welcoming. Each food course was outstanding, a true work of art! We highly recommend, and we will return again.

Pierre Sang in Oberkampf位于巴黎人口密度最大的11区，再具体一点描述的话，则变成：Pierre Sang in Oberkampf位于巴黎人口密度最大的11区里，最简陋甚至可以用寒碜形容的Rue Oberkampf街道。但是，当你站在餐厅门口，你会发现：Pierre Sang in Oberkampf已经成功在Rue Oberkampf打造了自己的美食小王国。它用烹饪的热气挣脱了街道原有的冷清，并且已经有了一票信众&mdash;&mdash;餐厅（包括地下的酒窖）总是座无虚席，有时过道的墙上还会排着等候的长队。餐厅的外部环境、酒柜以及墙面都以黑色为主。大量黑色的运用本来应使空间呈现出略带冷酷而严肃的气氛，但是由于因为开放式厨房的设计，烹饪自带的烟火气息与食客的热情欢愉使餐厅成为一个温馨而悠闲的空间。去Pierre Sang in Oberkampf用餐，如果赶巧吧台刚好有位置，还能看着主厨们在眼前将新鲜的食材变换出不同的美味，在大饱口福之前，先一饱眼福。焦糖饼干、腌菜的脆，奶油、雪葩的软，这两种截然不同的口感没有在口中打架，相反，它们协调地融合在一起。再加上芦笋、果酱等食材的加入，在口味或是口感上，都让人得到了极大的满足。第二道餐品给人的感觉更像是一幅画作：虾肉鲜嫩的粉、胡萝卜酱汁的暖黄、冰草的绿以及小番茄的红&hellip;&hellip;主厨将不同的色彩与不同的质感汇聚在同一盘餐品的美味中，丰富了整体味觉层次。两块牛排煎至三分熟之后，排叠一起，吃的时候再佐以盘上的韩式辣酱或蛋黄酱。牛排软嫩的口感中夹杂着恰到好处的血腥味，无论是与韩式辣酱的辣，或是与蛋黄酱的咸都能在味觉上达到意外的平衡感。主角虽是牛排，但配菜蔬菜的表现也是可圈可点：一口咬下，口中有爆汁的感觉，菜鲜香顺便布满舌尖。奶酪与柚子酱的搭配很韩范。餐厅奶酪口味很淡，没有刺鼻的奶臭味，也不会过咸，而也正因此才能让韩式柚子酱的清香甜口更具表现力。外观上看起来亘古不变的巴黎其实内在波涛汹涌，那些冥顽不化的美食保守派系已经被年轻一代拉入黑名单，只有充满不受拘束、充满创意的主厨才能守住越来越朝三暮四的食客们的心。而Pierre Sang Boyer显然属于后者，他是越战越勇的派系

Our best meal in Paris by far. Recommended by our hotel &amp; this restaurant was steps away. Loved it so much we went twice in 4 days.

Great local brunch spot. The food was very good - amazing cookies and cakes in addition to delicious hot offerings. And the service was delightful. This place is on my list for my next trip to Paris!

If you are looking for an authentic French experience this restaurant is for you! The owner, Stephanie, was a complete delight! She hand prepared all the food from &ldquo;le menu&rdquo; with what she purchased at the market that day. It&rsquo;s a very small, quaint and intimate restaurant located in a somewhat residential (for Paris!) quiet area. We were able to speak and make friends with most of the other diners. The food was outstanding and we sampled everything she had to offer! For us, it was like being invited over to a Parisian friend&rsquo;s house for dinner. If you are looking for a large choice of menu offerings or a large, impersonal place, this restaurant is not for you. Otherwise, you will be pleasantly surprised and will leave very satisfied!!

A very unique restaurant. Most of the dishes are for sharing. A diverse selection that included some creative pairings of different types of food. We had the table against the wall in back and it was quiet enough for a group of six to have great conversation.

Food and hospitality were amazing! Would definitely recommend this place.

Main course was great. Presentation and service 10/10. First courses were good, but not wow. All in all, a very good restaurant.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable on local wines and pairings.  One of the best pairings we&rsquo;ve had and we&rsquo;ve had a few&hellip; Chloe was a gem and made our first night in Paris memorable!

Our lunch was excellent. Inventive. Tasty. But also with very small portion sizes. The teen in the company had to be fed a banana immediately on exit. But even he still found it enjoyable - even if endless source of mockeries later on. Just be aware.
