Avenue Saint-Germain is a main street in Paris, located on the left bank of the Seine, from the Sully Bridge on the edge of the Ile Saint-Louis in the east to the Concorde Bridge leading to the Place de la Concorde in the west. The boulevard runs through the 5th, 6th and 7th arrondissements of Paris, and is more famous for the section of the Latin Quarter that crosses the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district, and the section from which it gets its name. Left Bank style on the street The Avenue Saint-Germain, together with Avenue Montparnasse and Avenue Saint-Michel, is what French culture calls the Left Bank. The Left Bank is internationally famous because it was once home to artists and intellectuals. In the past on the Left Bank, poor young artists, writers and philosophers lived in the humble and crowded small hotels in this area, and the surrounding coffee shops were their places to eat, drink, work, socialize, and warm. Whether it is decadent, debauched, rebellious, or unconventional, it can be accepted and tolerated by the Left Bank. There are many bookstores, publishing houses, galleries, fashion stores, cafes and pubs on both sides of the road. The famous ones are the Double Old Man Cafe and the Flower God Cafe on both sides of the church. It is said that Sartre's existentialist philosophy was slowly brewed in the coffee of the Floral Cafe, which he and Beauvoir almost made their home during World War II. After the victory of the second station, it became a meeting point for Picasso and Chagall. Picasso-related items are still available in the souvenir shop next to the cafe. Take a walk on the nearby Boulevard Saint-Michel Walk along the Boulevard de Germain, a north-south street, the Boulevard Saint-Michel, which starts from the Pont Saint-Michel on the Seine and the Place Saint-Michel, and crosses Saint-Michel. The Avenue de Germain continues along the University of Paris and the Jardin du Luxembourg. This is the center of student activities. There are various bookstores around St. Michel Square. You can find new and old books. Maybe you will find the original works of Hemingway.
This place on St. Germain Avenue is still very famous in Paris. A place can also be said to be a landmark of theirs. It feels very romantic here, because there are many TV dramas here, shot here.

Since the 1930s, countless famous people have appeared in this place. Sutter's existentialist philosophy is said to have been brewed in coffee at the café of the flower god. He and Beauvoir almost made their home during World War II, to avoid the Germans who occupied Paris, and to avoid the cold of the French winter. After the second victory, it became a gathering point for Picasso and Chagall, "Jenna Flena, a reporter for The New Yorker, told her Paris story, where Picasso was seen sitting at the second coffee table facing the door and idle with his Spanish brothers almost every night I don't know if Picasso's prints can be seen on the red mole leather chair at the café, but there is a lot about Picasso in the souvenir shop next door to the cafe.
The St. Germain Avenue on the left bank of Paris is elegant and romantic, with a thousand styles. There are three small coffee/pubs most famous. There is a LIPP tavern near the German Church, which was a place frequented by celebrity dignitaries and literati ink guests. Last time I came to this street, I found the double doll cafe and the flower god cafe, and drank coffee. This time I visited the tavern, drank beer and ate sausage chips. Like the two cafes, there is nothing special about eating, but it is worth the experience, the memory, and the extra money.
