I have been here for many years and it has been a great experience. You find the owner in the restaurant every day and watch the operation. Not long ago they set up their own farm to get the quality of the vegetables and cheese they want. Also ask about non-menu specialties, which are made with fresh things this season. If you are planning on making pasta and ketchup, this is not. This is Italian, with the best ingredients, keep it simple. Wonderful! Look!
