I can't imagine how much fun Christmas in Hong Kong is!
It's already December, and the Christmas we've all been looking forward to is coming soon. I'm in Hong Kong right now, and there are several places that are perfect for Christmas with a great atmosphere. Click ❤ to save and come see with me.
1.K11 Musea
This year's K11 Musea's DIOR Christmas tree is winning, my top 1 🏆 gorgeous and luxurious, shining under the starlight. Secretly tell the babies who want to go to check in, the upstairs GREYHOUND café and TIRPSE are excellent shooting angles📷, good food with beautiful scenery is absolutely great~
2.Grand Hyatt
Just entered December Christmas season🎄, Grand Hyatt's Christmas tree has become a popular check-in spot. The hotel is built by the sea🌊, with a panoramic view of the beautiful Victoria Harbour. There are bonfire parties and movie nights on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day🎥, don't miss the babies who want to experience it.
3.West Kowloon Cultural District
A 20-meter giant Christmas tree is located by the sea🏖, there are also cute reindeer🦌, gift box huts🎀, etc., go before sunset, feel the dreamy Christmas atmosphere in the afterglow of the setting sun, there are gorgeous lights at night, great for taking pictures, no winter can be so romantic!
4.Taikoo Square
The jingle bell🔔 accompanied by twinkling lights is Taikoo Square's Christmas gift waving at you! The elf forest🎄, snowing tree hole and a series of dazzling Christmas activities have presented you with a magical Christmas night, the giant flowers in the atrium and corridor❀, the cute bear sleeping on the glowing mushroom🐻 and the elves scattered everywhere🧝 have pulled the Christmas atmosphere to the full!
5.Hong Kong Disneyland
Hong Kong Disneyland also started the Christmas season theme in December, with a giant Christmas tree🎄, a dreamy castle🏰, a happy train🚆 slowly driving through the snowy town street, this is the real look of Christmas in the fairy tale book! The joyous Christmas stage, the program performances from morning to night are wonderful, giving enough ceremony, worthy of being the happiest place in the world😊!
K11 MUSEA is located on the edge of Victoria Harbour in Tsim Sha Tsui, facing Hong Kong Central, backed by the Avenue of Stars, close to the InterContinental Hong Kong Hotel and the Hong Kong Space Museum. It is opposite to Sogo Department Store. There are many exhibition halls with different themes around, and it is seamlessly connected to the MTR Tsim East Station.
If you ask me, where is the best place to go and punch in Hong Kong recently hit and hot? I can tell you from now on that the 10-story building is not a high-rise building. K11 MUSEA, which opened on August 26, 2019, is a super-value shopping mall , located in the Tsim Sha Tsui tourist area. In addition to more than 70 international and local brand shops in the mall, there are also some cross-Jianglong, and popular restaurants such as Fortnum&Mason , AvoBar , Five Guys , Afternoon Tea Tearoom , Happy Pancake, Chatteredbox and Blooms and Kiki ..... opened by famous artists, etc. In addition to these shops and restaurants, What I admire most is the artworks of some famous artists in the mall.
'K11 also opened in Shanghai! In Hong Kong, it is said that the design is a collection of reinforced concrete and green plants. The design is very strong. There are many designs inside, that is, let people sit and rest in it.
I saw on Xiaohongshu that MoMA had come to Hong Kong, so I went to check in immediately. It turns out that this store, located in the new shopping mall K11 MUSEA, is not only the first branch in Greater China, but also the largest flagship store in Asia. The MoMA Design Store in Hong Kong features the most inspiring designs from around the world and designs representing the museum’s collection, as well as MoMA publications and exclusive boutiques. The Hong Kong flagship store will also have its own limited edition designs. Being the first in Greater China is exciting in itself, but more importantly, the Hong Kong MoMA Design Store will cover an area of up to 6,000 square feet, making it the largest MoMA Design Store in Asia. It will feature the most inspiring designs from around the world and designs representing the museum's collection. It will also sell some limited edition designs that are exclusive to Hong Kong and not even available in the New York museum, which is truly worth a visit.
I took my daughter to Hong Kong on the weekend when the weather was good, and visited the newly opened K11 MUSEA shopping mall. It is very convenient to take the high-speed rail from Futian to Kowloon and then transfer to Tsim Sha Tsui. Exit J can directly reach the B1 floor of the mall. The B1 floor is mainly cosmetics, including Charlotte Tilbury and Diptique. I decisively bought lipstick, powder and electronic aromatherapy beads. I saw that many people recommended Chatterbox Cafe, but there were too many people queuing, so I went to Avobar instead. It is a restaurant in London, England that specializes in avocado dishes. It is really good-looking and delicious. After lunch, I took my baby to the children's area on the B2 floor and took her to play the Donut Playhouse. It is a two-story slide. There are some interactive games to play in the middle. The slide is very fast, haha~ The kind that will scream~~ The baby's favorite is to slide to the ball pool area on the bottom floor. The ball pool is very large and deep, and adults can also bury it. I played hide-and-seek for half an hour and was reluctant to leave when the time was up. There is a Build a bear workshop next to it. Children can choose a doll by themselves, and then choose the heartbeat sound, talking sound, fragrance, etc. The staff patiently led the children from filling cotton, to thinking of a name, making a birth certificate, choosing clothes, etc. After the completion, there was a small love handover ceremony, telling the children to take care of their dolls. We also took away a unicorn. Fortunately, the unicorn couldn't fit into Elsa's skirt and shoes, haha~ otherwise I wouldn't be able to leave the store. I went upstairs and bought my favorite Sandro and Mulberry. I also went to Heytea with a sea view to check in. The most distinctive Gold Ball in the mall is really beautiful. It happened to encounter a performance, and the festive atmosphere was also very good. Finally, I went to Fortnum & Mason, which I had been thinking about, and bought carousel cookies and birthday cookie gift boxes. There is also a restaurant on the second floor. I have to make a reservation next time to have afternoon tea. The mall also has cross-border buses that can go directly to Guangdong Province. There are also many flights to Shenzhen Bay Port. I will consider taking the bus directly next time. I am very happy to have a fruitful weekend.
Taking advantage of the good weather, I went to the long-forgotten Avenue of Stars. I also wanted to check out the new internet celebrity spot - K11 Musea. Facing the Victoria Harbour, I found a British royal department store. The store is decorated in pink, blue and red, and the employees' eye-catching uniforms immediately gave me a British vibe. There are all kinds of British tea and cakes that you can try and learn about British tea and cake style. I also encountered a century-old antique music box playing at 4pm, and enjoyed a moment full of exotic atmosphere!
The century-old Fortnum & Mason is the official tea shop for the Queen of England and the royal family. Many tourists who travel to the UK will visit and enjoy authentic English afternoon tea. I have always loved this brand, and when I learned that they were opening a store in Hong Kong, I immediately wanted to go to Chaosheng. Since its opening, Fortnum & Mason has never opened branches outside the UK. If you want to experience the royal life, you must visit the K11 MUSEA store. Located at store 22 in the basement of K11 MUSEA shopping mall. Avobar, also a popular restaurant in London and famous for its avocado dishes, has also landed in K11 MUSEA. Its avocado burger is a specialty dish that many people have come to try. Avobar replaces the burger bun with a whole avocado, and tops it with a vegetarian steak made of sweet potato and lentils and vegetables to create a vegetarian burger with a refreshing taste. K11 Musea is a collection of two of my favorite brand stores. You can spend a whole day there.
My bestie recommended this place to me❤️ I took the subway here, it's super convenient, just go to the winding exit J in Tsim Sha Tsui East and you're there! As soon as I got in, there was a whole floor of big beauty brands on B1, and many stores were still offering discounts after Christmas, which almost made me want to buy my hands... (although I did buy them in the end)! However, as the flagship of K11, I have been to K11 in Shanghai and Shenyang, and this place has a different feeling, more high-end and full of art! But today I don't plan to write an art guide, I want to write about my food journey haha, a few summary: 1⃣️ You must check in for the afternoon tea for two at the Artisan Lounge in the underground atrium! I sat under the shining big golden ball, and the camera was pushed up, isn't it a blockbuster! I came to the afternoon tea quite late, and the legendary afternoon tea table that can be hung up was gone, so my table could only be left there. The three-story afternoon tea is more visually shocking than the one I had at the Peninsula Hotel! Caviar and tuna are really great, and there is also ham and honeydew melon. The honeydew juice is squeezed out with a test tube. I only remembered to take a TikTok video after eating... It's so stupid OMG... The milk jelly and muffins made me feel very happy... The butter is really first-class... Then I went to the mini bar and ordered a cocktail. The bartender said that he was studying in Taiwan and gave me a pink pink. It was quite delicious. Fortunately, the alcohol concentration was not high. Haha, I'm OK with it! ! 2⃣️There is a beautiful DAMA ice cream on the fourth floor. The ice cream tastes different every day, and there is also durian flavor, but I ordered dragon fruit flavor. The color and taste have a sorbet feeling. I like it soft! I won't say anything more. The visual effect is amazing. Let's look at the picture... My bestie ordered a mix, but I think... It's not as shocking as my dragon fruit hahahaha! ! 3⃣️ Skip the shopping trip for 3 hours... Then I was hungry.. 4⃣️ Although I was very full at afternoon tea, I saw Singapore's chatterbox when I was shopping for cosmetics! ! Hainanese Chicken Rice!! The first in Hong Kong!! At 6:30, I saw many people queuing up, and I was unwilling to fall behind.. When I heard the lady in front of me say that the price here is half cheaper than Singapore, I was more determined to eat it!! I think the taste is not bad, smooth and not greasy, the chicken portion is just right for me, and the rice is too much... Not to mention that I also ordered a cup of happy fatty cocoa Ovaltine hahahahahaha... That taste... Gaining 1 pound of fat is not a problem... 5⃣️To be honest, I can't eat so much... But my bestie is different... She also bought a cup of Heytea... There is an unbeatable sea view, but it is crowded, so I won't comment... Next time I will come earlier.. Victoria Harbor~~ Wait for me~ 6⃣️Finally, finally!! I have to mention that the concierge reception ambassadors of the mall are all beautiful and handsome girls and brothers, wearing beautiful uniforms and super good attitudes! Remind me that there are tourist rewards for spending over 5,000 yuan, and you can get a cash reward of 250, and there are gifts for the New Year! ! Hahahaha, in the end I left with 3 bags of gifts.... ❤️K11 MUSEA 2020 I love it❤️
