My husband ordered the filet medium: it was cooked to perfection! I ordered the Scottish ribeye medium rare, again, perfect. My friends had a mix-up with their entree, but it was fixed quickly and with a smile. The service was exceptional. We will definitely return soon. This is the best steakhouse we have found in Strasbourg: worth every penny.

Pianogrill

The restaurant has two seating areas. The first floor is the main restaurant area. The second floor has high stools overlooking the Chef and kitchen which may be uncomfortable for older people to sit or move. Although it is interesting to observe the Chef and the kitchen, the second floor surely feels like a let down. Especially because the reservation team seems to be seating visitors from outside France and people booking online (e.g. through Fork) on the second floor.

We love coming to this restaurant. The service is superb and the food is very delicious. Every time we come here, we order the bone marrow with truffles and it taste like heaven :)

We chose this restaurant because it was the only place not fully booked on a saturday evening. Now I understand why.. What I don&apos;t understand is why this place does not have worse reviews. The service was not good and the waitress forgot that I asked for something three different times. We both had a starter and a main dish. All four dishes were extremely bad. I had grilled bone marrow as a starter, which was pure blubber and not in a good way. It was served without a spoon. Then the waitress brought me a spoon and awkwardly didn&apos;t know what to do with the spoon, and somehow decided to stick it headfirst into my bone marrow... my plate looked comical: a piece of bone with a spoon sticking out of it like the sword of King Arthur. Afterwards I had the worst risotto of my life: It was dry and the rice had no flavor to it at all.

Fuimos sin mirar reseñas y resultó ser un restaurante excelente. Pedimos el menú, a muy buen precio, y los platos estaban muy ricos y muy bien presentados. Los camareros muy profesionales y agradables.

We were not looking at reviews and it was a great restaurant. We asked the menu, at very good price, and the dishes were very rich and very well presented. The servants were very professional and pleasant.

My friend and I enjoyed our time at Piano Grill. There was a good list of options, and we enjoyed the ones we got. Service was good and prompt and the ambiance was warm and cozy. I would highly recommend it!

Waiters speak good English, they are funny and friendly. Food is well prepared, compliments to the chef.
