很火爆的一家餐厅，门口等位几十分钟。一楼大厅挑高到顶，二楼围一圈，好久没见这样的格局了。乔家熬鱼是大鲤鱼，在老汤里熬制50分钟，咸鲜微辣，肉质软嫩。老太原糖醋丸子很不错，糖醋口给的很足，汤汁粘稠浓郁，儿子喜欢拌饭。丸子外焦里嫩，垫了栗子也颗颗绵软。新派锅巴土豆用的土豆很好，外壳脆里面绵软。酸辣藕遇青笋口感脆爽，酸甜微辣，解腻爽口。
