Tianjin Former Residence of Li Jipu

The appearance is magnificent, you can imagine the prominent Li family, this building built in 1918 is a historical building in Tianjin, cold and summer, quiet and standing, precipitation with a quiet past and how many stories.

I came to Tianjin to see the house. I circled around the central garden. Although it was surrounded by renovations, the house outside can still be seen. There are many tricycle drivers in the circle of old houses. I don't know who Li Jifu is, but his old house is really magnificent. At first glance, I thought it was an ordinary large foreign-style building, and then went up. I found that the building was super long and very tasteful.

Built in the 1910s, designed by the then Swiss architects. Located in the central park of Tianjin city center, the building consists of several brick and wooden two-story buildings, a Chinese-style courtyard layout of the Western complex. Once used for the Heping District Committee District Government Office, the building group has been idle since the move out in previous years, which is a pity.

The previous unit has now been relocated, and the house is now empty, only looking at the yard. A large property, but now I can't get in.

Located at 12 Garden Road, Heping District, covering an area of 5429 square meters, designed by Swiss architect Lu Fu, Leli Engineering Department. It is a replica British courtyard-style building. The main building was built in 1918 with brick and wood structure and a basement on the second floor.
