Otari-Wilton's Bush

The Otari Botanical Garden is an international garden, where the famous trees and flowers of the world can be seen almost everywhere. Among them are Chinese camellia, French roses, Brazilian coral trees, Argentine "devil's hand", Canary Islands phoenix trees, Australian furry, Norfolk elms, African cedars, North American goose palms, Dutch tulips and multi-colored Japanese cherry blossoms.

The beautiful and tranquil Wellington Botanical Garden (Wellington Botanic Garden) is located at the top of Wellington Cable Car Terminal (Wellington Cable Car), covering 25 hectares (64 acres), just minutes from the downtown business district. The Botanical Garden was built in 1844 and New Zealand's oldest exotic tree species are home to thrive. The botanical gardens have native and exotic trees, dotted with elegant ponds, ducks swimming on the water for fun, as well as seagull houses and cafes, colorful flowers, herb gardens, an Australian-style garden, and the award-winning Mrs Norwood Rose Garden. The huge artistic garden sculptures, the human body daily rules (Sun Dial of Human Involvement) and the invincible beauty of the city and the harbor add irresistible attraction to the Wellington Botanical Garden. At the historic Bolton Street Memorial Park (Bolton Street Memorial Park), elegant roses swaying with the wind, and the tombstones of urban pioneers will make you feel the spirit of pioneering intrepidness. At night, fireflies can be seen flying in the wet and dark places on the riverbanks. Wellington Botanical Gardens is open to visitors every day for free.

I like this botanical garden very much, there are many plants I have never seen, there are many tropical plants, very fun place

It’s great to hang out in spring. There are some ramps on foot. The sun on the top of the mountain is full. Remember to sunscreen. It is divided into two parts, one small piece is the rose garden and the other large piece is the botanical garden; but it feels that the flowers here are not as rich as Rotorua. Big enough, no time to walk all, there is a town on the side of the trees, it is a paradise and another village.
