We stayed at a&o hotels in three major Austrian cities and were satisfied with all of them. We didn't encounter any surprises or disappointments. The room was clean, organized, and exactly as shown in the photos. There were plenty of power outlets, and the reception staff was very polite.The location was particularly advantageous, being within walking distance (15-20 minutes) of Graz city center. Since it was the weekend, we were also able to park our car for free in the nearby Green Zone. We really liked both Graz and the hotel; we would definitely stay here again.

旧市街に近い場所でスーパーもすぐ近くに3軒もありました！バジェットホテルなので最低限のものだけが備わってますが、スタッフの方も親切で泊まって良かったです！グラーツにまた来る時にはここに泊まりたいです！

Anonymous UserI stayed here for one night without meals. The room was very spacious, so I was able to use it comfortably. The shower was a box type with a glass door, and there was no problem with hot water. It is conveniently located less than a 5-minute walk from the train station, and there is a supermarket nearby. The old town is just over a 10-minute walk on a flat road. There is a tram running on the street right in front of the hotel. When I checked in, an older staff member carefully explained how to use the number lock key as well as tourist information, so I was able to use the hotel with peace of mind.
